To initiate an exchange request:
Submit the Form: Once all information is provided, submit the form for review.
After reviewing your submission, our Customer Service Team will determine if your request qualifies for an exchange under our policy. If approved:
Important: Do not send any products back without obtaining an RGA number. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items: Opened ammunition, custom orders, and items not purchased directly from Apex Ammunition are not eligible for exchange.
Recommended Shipping Methods: Use a trackable shipping service and consider purchasing shipping insurance. Apex Ammunition is not liable for products lost or damaged during return transit.
